My husband and I purchased a lot in Palm Beach Gardens FL. We had special requirements in planning our home because I am handicapped as a result of living with MS. We needed this home to be handicap accessible. Patricia along with the builder was instrumental in making suggestions and decisions to meet our special needs. We were greatly impressed and touched by her knowledge, attention to detail and sensitivity to our situation. I was concerned about how this entire process would be done being that our home to be was in FL and we were in Westport CT. Needless to say it was all done seamlessly. We moved in to our beautiful home and it took our breath away. Every time we visit we are amazed at it’s warmth, beauty and functionality.

This was a different experience for us as we previously had french traditional style in our homes ranging form 7200-12000 sq.ft. downsizing to a 1600 sq.ft. apartment. This was definitely a challenge in many aspects. The patience and insight she showed along with the proper layout of furniture, lighting and accessories made it all come together wonderfully. Working with Patricia has always been rewarding. She has decorated 3 of our homes, all so very beautiful. She is creative and extremely passionate about her work. Patricia turned our condo in NJ into a spectacular penthouse. It was a complete renovation and full remodel down to the bare walls. Upon completion realtors and contractors used it as their model showcase. We just recently worked together on our third home in Palm Beach Gardens which Patricia turned into a magnificent home, magazine worthy.

Patricia has an eye for design. She can walk into a space and quickly envision the transformation. From texture and color pallets to furnishings and accents, my simple Miami apartment was transformed into an elegant and pleasurable living space. I have to say that when I walk in to my apartment, I am amazed at how each element flows in to the next. Every room has its own uniqueness which encompasses my style and taste. Miami Chic!
